Those tapped in with Travis Scott’s music know Chase B all too well. La Flame’s long-time friend and DJ has been part of the Cactus Jack imprint from the beginning and serves as the hype man at all Travis Scott live performances and others under the music label. Being so close to Scott also gives Chase B access to Nike and Jordan Brand, as seen earlier in the year when he shared images of a sample version of the Air Jordan 1 High 85 Royal. On his birthday, Chase B has revealed his colorway of Travis Scott’s Jordan Jumpman Jack.
Marking the first outside collaborator to work on Travis’ signature sneaker with Jordan Brand, Chase B’s Jumpman Jack sees a few key changes to the silhouette. Previous colorways, like the Bright Cactus, Sail Dark Mocha, Sail University Red, and Dark Mocha, all featured a leather and canvas construction. At the same time, Chase B’s take on the sneaker swaps out the canvas base for a breathable mesh. Faux ostrich leather on the strap and portions of the mudguard are rendered in black, matching the base layer and contrasting with the light silver suede panels.
Of course, Travis’ signature details, like the reverse Swoosh and his “TS” initials on the lockdown strap, remain. The early photo doesn’t showcase the full sneaker, but expect to see some added branding for Chase B somewhere on the model. Underfoot, the midsole comes in black with a semi-translucent green rubber outsole running up the sidewall on the lateral side.
The Chase B x Travis Scott Jordan Jumpman Jack will release in Holiday 2025 through Travis Scott’s website, Nike SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store.
