Jayson Tatum, alongside an array of Jordan Brand athletes and ambassadors, recently was spotted helping promote the upcoming Air Jordan 1 High 85 Bred release and the year-long celebration of Jordan Brand’s 40th Anniversary. As one of a handful of signature athletes from the label, Tatum has been launching new renditions of his latest performance basketball sneaker, the Tatum 3. Recalling a PE colorway for his debut signature sneaker, Tatum is now applying a Blueprint design to the Tatum 3.
Like the Jordan Tatum 1 Blueprint PE that the Celtics star sported at the end of the 2022-2023 NBA season, this new Blueprint rendition features a vibrant blue color scheme and grid pattern that resembles actual blueprint plans. Adding to the theme are the design notes and unfinished graphics that showcase what the development of a shoe could look like. This includes details to stretch out the toebox, an added number 23 near the Jumpman on the toe, a suggestion for rotating the Tatum logo on the tongue, and a note to “smooth” the midsole.

As for the multi-paneled look, a mixture of smooth leather and ripstop nylon, the latter creating the blueprint-esque grid pattern, is present, all separated by tonal blue stitching details and blue canvas. Final details include the unfinished Jumpman logo on the pull tab, a blue foam midsole, and a semi-translucent icy blue rubber outsole.
The Jordan Tatum 3 Blueprint will release on February 17, 2025, through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in full-family sizing, the retail price is set at $125 (men), $90 (GS), $75 (PS), and $55 (TD).
