Jordan Release Calendar

The balletcore trend isn’t going anywhere. After dominating the women’s sneaker space in 2025, the ballet-slipper-inspired wave of low-cut sneakers with lacey features and high ankle ties is carrying on into the new year. The latest silhouette from Jordan brings the delicate dancing inspiration to a ribbon-clad Jordan trainer.
The Jordan Point Hyper Royal is the debut colorway of the new women’s exclusive model that looks like a Trunner took a dance class. Covered in three shades of royal blue, the Jordan Pointe features a bulked-up but sleek leather toe that wraps around the bottom half of the upper, with lighter blue paneling above that and a fabric and Velcro strap crossing over the tongue. In classic ballet style, the lacing system is a blue ribbon that wraps all the way up the leg.

We’ve seen similar styles of ballet-inspired sneakers from adidas with the Taekwondo Mei Ballet, as well as Puma with a ballet remix of the Speedcat, and Nike with a ballet version of the Air Rift. The style may be popular, but it’s still a little shocking to see the trend come to life with Jordan logos attached. To be fair, though, the sole on this pair is much more hoop-friendly than the rest of the ballet sneaker hybrids.
The Jordan Pointe Hyper Royal will be released Spring 2026 through Nike and select Jordan retailers in-store and online. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $125. For all the latest Jordan news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
