Just before the official rollout of Luka Doncic’s latest signature sneaker, the Jordan Luka 4, the Slovenian superstar was traded to the Dallas Mavericks. Even though this news shook the basketball landscape, Jordan Brand saw this as the perfect opportunity to debut the Luka 4 with all the extra eyes on Doncic. Alongside his mainline signature sneaker, Luka is also launching an outdoor hoops-inspired takedown model, the Luka .77, which will debut in the Space Navigator colorway.
Luka’s love for low-top silos continues here, with the sneaker taking on a simple layered construction featuring mesh on the base, reinforced heavy-duty canvas near the toe and eyelets, and finally, suede panels above all of this also on the toe and eyelets. More mesh is located along the tongue in black to match the suede and canvas panels, while pops of pink appear on the Luka logo, TPU eyelet, heel tab, and sockliner. Contrasting these two hues are solid hits of white on the base layer and heel overlay.
