Summer energy is here. Heat waves are rippling across the country, flowers are blooming, and pollen is clogging up sinuses. The blossoms outside are bringing new colors to the sneaker world, too, with Jordan Brand getting ready to drop two pairs with colorways inspired by tropical birds of paradise flowers.
The Jordan Heir Series 2 WNBA Birds of Paradise arrives less than a month after we got a leaked preview of a matching women’s exclusive Air Jordan 4 Retro Birds of Paradise pair, making a perfect on-court and off-court match. Keeping the same peachy orange and creamy off-white mix, the Heir Series 2 pair adds hits of black for some contrast from the Air Jordan 4.

Starting with a translucent floral outsole that peaks up at the toe, the TPU structure running across the bottom part of the side panels features a bright orange splash with a subtle peach gradient towards the top. The leather and mesh base above is all black, but then switches to Coconut Milk at the lace panel, before adding more flowery reddish orange on the laces. On the tongue of the left shoe is the old-school WNBA badge, while a Jumpman sits on the right.
The Air Jordan Heir Series 2 WNBA Birds of Paradise (W) will be released Fall 2026 through Nike and select Jordan retailers in-store and online. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120. To stay up on all the latest Air Jordan news and drop info, download the Sole Retriever App.
