A Ma Maniere is no stranger to collaborating with Jordan Brand. The James Whitner-led brand has had countless releases with the label, teaming up on a slew of classic silhouettes, including the Jordan 4. While the first two AJ 4s didn't prove to be a major hit like their earlier work, the upcoming Dark Mocha rendition has shades of Travis Scott that will likely prove more successful than the OG projects. A Ma Maniere has previously worked on the Air Jordan 4, a Violet Ore iteration in 2022, and a pair that was a part of their While You Were Sleeping Collection released in 2024.

A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 4 Retro Violet Ore & While You Were Sleeping
Following the initial reports of AMM's next AJ 4, Reese Forbes took to X to post images of the sneaker as he will be starring in the campaign for the upcoming collab. The actual sneaker isn't too far off from our speculative mock-up, with the upper done in a dark mocha hue. Tonal hues are applied to the wing eyelets, while black takes over the premium waxed leather, the quilted sockliner, and the Nike Air-branded heel tab. A Ma Maniere's logo is applied to the tongue tag of the left sneaker, while the interior tongue lining also contains details for the retailer. Down below sits a tonal AJ 4 midsole and outsole.
Just like AMM's Air Jordan 6, the label's Air Jordan 4's box will contain artwork from Jammie Holmes. The piece, titled Malcolm, depicts a young man listening to Malcolm X with an expression somewhere between exhaustion and hope.
The A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 4 Retro OG SP Dark Mocha will be released December 19, 2025 through A Ma Maniere online. An EQL draw will open December 9 at 11 AM EST and close on December 15 at 3 PM EST across all The Whitaker Group storefronts (A Ma Maniere, Social Status, APB, and JAIDE).
