Now that we’re in September, it’s time to get settled into football season. Both NFL and NCAA action kick off to start the final third of the year, but it’s also time to prepare for the MLB postseason. Following an official look at a new Air Jordan 3 Retro cleat for the baseball diamond in metallic silver, official photos of a black-and-gold Air Jordan 11 Retro MCS Cleat have hit the 'net.
This cleated version of the Air Jordan 11 retains the mid-cut height found on the OG basketball version, though there are most definitely differences throughout. One major difference is the patent leather mudguard that starts at the toe and runs back to the heel, with this cleated AJ 11 lowering the cut significantly compared to the basketball version. And then, of course, the outsole now features plastic cleats for use on the baseball field.

As far as color is concerned, this black-and-gold colorway opts for a primarily black finish, with gold accents on the Jumpman along the tongue, the metallic Jumpman on the lateral heel, and the “23” on the heel tab. Inside, the Jumpman patch now reads “Quality baseball products inspired by the greatest player ever,” replacing the basketball reference for America’s pastime.
The Air Jordan 11 Retro MCS Cleat Black Gold will be released Holiday 2026 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $225.
