After a successful Tent & Trail Collection featuring two special edition Air Jordan 4s released this past summer, the Los Angeles-based retailer is back with the Jumpman. The two have chosen to work on the classic Air Jordan 2 this time.
One of two colorways confirmed to be released, this Union x Air Jordan 2 Retro SP is known as the Grey Fog edition. It comes in grey fog, siren red, and light smoke grey. Featuring an all-grey upper made up of canvas and suede. Perforations adorn the side panels with a blue underlay and AJ 13-like dimples on the collar. In addition, blue accents are also found via newly added plastic eyelets and a deconstructed tongue ties in with Union’s signature looks of the past.

Faded yellow provides an “aged” look to this Air Jordan 2, which can be found on the laces, tongue tag, and custom collar label. Union branding adorns the tag on the plastic eyelets, the aforementioned collar label, and dual-branded insoles. A white midsole, grey outsole, original Nike branding on the bottom of the soles, and the back heel finish things off for this pair.
Expect the Union x Air Jordan 2 Retro SP Grey Fog and the Rattan colorway to drop on April 15th, 2022, via Union. The wider US release has been confirmed for May 26th and will release via SNKRS and Nike NBHD accounts. Retail is set at $225 for extended men’s sizing. Each pair comes in special packaging and three additional sets of shoe laces.
