Jordan Release Calendar

Nike’s 2026 Chinese New Year’s collection has been focused on the stampeding energy of the Year of the Horse, and Jordan is adding pairs of its own horse-themed colorways, including a Trunner O/S and an Air Jordan 1 Low. On the latest addition to the collection, though, the Jumpman is adding an embroidered bouquet of flowers with just a hit of faux horse hair.
The Jordan 1 Low Chinese New Year starts with a clean upper covered in thick-textured sail canvas to create a perfect platform for a multi-color flower graphic. The toebox features a mix of pink, green, and gold embroidered foliage, with matching graphics added to the tongue label. The side panel Swoosh is white horse faux horse hair for a shoutout to the changing of the Chinese Zodiac calendar.

The first Air Jordan 1 Low from the Year of the Horse pack is covered in premium brown leather, and the Trunner O/S features fuzzy suede and its own saddle graphics, giving the embroidered flower pair more of an old-timey Western vibe when considered next to the whole pack. Beaverton’s Year of the Horse pack is wide-ranging, so don’t be surprised to see more pairs added before the 2026 celebration.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Chinese New Year will be released Spring 2026 through Nike and select Jordan retailers in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $165. The sneaker will also be offered in PS and TD sizing. For all the latest Jordan holiday news, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
