Jordan Brand takes plenty of creative liberties regarding the kids’ exclusive footwear side of its release calendar, often incorporating fun details and themes that don’t usually make their way to the adult pairs. Next up for the kids’ exclusive Air Jordan 1 Low is a pizza-themed colorway.
At first glance, the pair may not seem to be pizza-related based on the black and tan color scheme, but select details and the packaging perfectly tie in the theme. Construction consists of black leather paneling on the mudguard, eyestays, collar, heel, and Swoosh, tan leather on the toebox and midfoot, and black nylon on the tongue. Here, the tongue tag is done in a red and white checkerboard referencing classic pizza parlor aesthetics. Not only that but the Jumpman logo is also done in a cheesy orange finish.

Inside, the checkerboard pattern continues, though the Jumpman comes in a tonal black finish to match the sockliner. The white rubber midsole and red rubber outsole finish the sneaker's design. Packaging is really where the pizza theme is strong, as the box resembles the design of takeout pizza, checkerboard pattern, green accents, and even "topping" checkboxes on the sidewall that contain basketball terminology.
The Air Jordan 1 Low Pizza GS will release in Fall 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in kids' sizing, the retail price is set at $110 (GS), $80 (PS), and $70 (TD).
