Jordan Release Calendar

The Air Jordan 1 Low is a perfect shoe. You know it. I know it. Everyone knows it. Which begs the question: why would Jordan Brand ever change it? If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, right? But every now and then, a little experimentation pays off – and that’s exactly where the Air Jordan 1 Low MM v3 Black Metallic Silver W comes in.
Part of Jumpman’s Method of Make line – the place where things get as weird and wild as possible – this AJ1 Low swaps out the usual leather base for a diamond-knit mesh, overlaid with matte black panels riddled with cut-outs for an aggressively deconstructed aesthetic.

A giant pull tab runs down the tongue for easy on-off, while the midsole still houses Nike’s Air cushioning, reminding you that beneath the eccentric build, it’s still a performance basketball shoe designed for the hardwood. That balance between heritage and innovation is what makes Method of Make so interesting: it pushes boundaries without losing sight of what makes a Jordan a, well, Jordan.
Compared to the bold Luminous Green edition we saw a couple of weeks ago, this version feels a little more muted. But that doesn’t mean it fades into the background. Metallic Silver accents run throughout, with the sidewall Swoosh finished in chrome for extra shine. Even the smallest details, from the lace tips to the lining, have been considered, giving the sneaker a futuristic edge without overwhelming the classic AJ1 DNA.
The Air Jordan 1 Low MM v3 Black Metallic Silver W is scheduled to drop this Holiday 2025. It will be available at Nike online for $140 exclusively in women's sizes.
