Crocs has taken creative liberty on various collaborative efforts, from technical improvements to head-turning hardware attached to its foam-based footwear. The latter rings true for the Colorado-based clog maker’s upcoming collaboration with watchmaker G-SHOCK, as the Echo Wave silhouette adds a modular watch case to the upper.
Coated in a cream white hue, G-SHOCK applies a glow-in-the-dark finish to the Croslite foam upper, with the design retaining its wavy, organic-like striations. Inspired by G-SHOCK's legendary craftsmanship, a custom marbled blue, pink, and cream print is applied to the sports mode strap, the nylon and foam portions, and the footbed. The highlight mentioned earlier is the inclusion of a modular watch case that can be snapped onto the lateral side of the upper or worn on your wrist.

The watch, a Crocs-branded version of the Casio G-SHOCK GA-2100, is fully functional. Its white and pink face matches the color palette of the custom marbled pattern on the heel and footbed. The watch's technical features include 200-meter water resistance, LED lights, shock resistance, and a Carbon Core Guard structure. The tonal outsole of the Echo Wave finishes the design.
The G-SHOCK x Crocs Echo Wave will release on May 27, 2025, through Crocs and select retailers online and in-store. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $200.
