In years past, Crocs was looked down upon by many sneakerheads and casuals. Thankfully, the brand has turned its image around through timely collaborations with just about every IP, pop culture icon, and company under the sun and by bringing on ex-Yeezy designers like Steven Smith and Dingyun Zhang. For Crocs’ latest anime collaboration, they’re teaming up with the iconic Dragon Ball Z franchise to bring Son Goku to the Classic Clog.
Though not confirmed, we’ll likely see other Dragon Ball Z characters and motifs brought to life on other Crocs releases. For now, we have a look at Goku’s Classic Clog, which translates his orange and blue outfit perfectly through the graphic pattern, redesigned sports mode strap, and included Jibbitz. On the toebox, we see various Jibbitz charms that nod to Goku and the Dragon Ball franchise, including a depiction of Goku going super saiyan, the kanji symbol on his clothes, the eternal dragon Shenron, and a Dragon Ball.

The graphic print atop the orange Croslite foam depicts the seven Dragon Balls, while the sports mode strap comes with Goku’s kanji symbol and his belt attached to the lateral side. Dragon Ball Z’s logo comes applied to the heel, while the internals of the sneaker opt for an all-black finish. Down below, the midsole has a pattern mimicking the effect seen when a character, like Goku, harnesses all their power and goes super saiyan.
The Dragon Ball Z x Crocs Classic Clog Goku is currently available at EU retailer Asphalt Gold but will launch globally on February 25, 2025, through Crocs and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $70. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
