Pro skater Sage Elsesser is a modern renaissance man. Not only was he an integral part of the Cherry-era Supreme skate team that brought the brand to new heights alongside Kevin Bradley, Tyshawn Jones, Na-Kel Smith, Sean Pablo, and more, but he’s also established himself as a force in the rap game. Under the stage name Navy Blue, Elsesser has sold out shows around the country and collaborated on tracks with Earl Sweatshirt, Alchemist, and more. Elsesser is also a leading member of the Converse CONS skate team, and his latest signature colorway is a blacked-out mix of suede and leather to represent his late-night creative habits.
The Sage Elsesser x Converse CONS Fastbreak Pro is a new colorway of the retro basketball silhouette retooled for skating. It combines black leather, suede, and nylon for a mix of lightweight support, durability, and comfort that suits Elsesser’s lifestyle, from skating street spots to spending the night locked in the studio.
Starting with hairy black suede on the toe, lace panel, and heel for superior heel flip durability that plays into Elsesser’s preferred trick selection, the rest of the upper is constructed of premium black leather, with white stitching on the Converse star side panel logo for a bit of contrast. The tongue is made of nylon for light breathability, and the outsole is done in a semi-translucent icy blue for a hit of personality. Elsesser’s “SE” initials are added to the insoles for a bit of custom branding.
The Sage Elsesser x Converse CONS Fastbreak Pro will be released November 7, 2025 through Converse and select skate shops, in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $85. For all the latest signature skate sneaker news, tap in with the Sole Retriever mobile app.
