The hype world of sneakerhead culture has largely ignored Brooks as the heritage running brand has stuck to its bread-and-butter of producing performance sneakers that meet the demands of hardcore runners.
Clearly seeing how the success of reviving archival 2000s runners has treated other brands, a la New Balance, Brooks entered this “retro lifestyle” space earlier this year when it re-released one of its most popular sneakers ever, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 4. A collaboration with Jeff Staple helped kick things off, swiftly followed by GRs of other GTS 4s and even the Cascadia 1. Now, Brooks has tapped Don C’s RSVP Gallery for a project on the Caldera 8.
Rumblings of this RSVP Gallery x Brooks Caldera 8 first emerged in the early parts of 2025 as there was a small preview of the sneaker during Paris Fashion Week. However, Brooks and RSVP Gallery have kept things under lock and key until now. Official retailer images from EU-based 43einhalb reveal the earthy color scheme applied to the trail runner. Here, we see a mixture of fused TPU, felt suede, and mesh in a primarily tan color palette.

RSVP Gallery adds its branding to a small tab on the lateral profile, while Brooks’ logos retain their traditional look on the midfoot and tongue tag. Down below sits a molded foam midsole in varying tan and earthy hues and a trail-ready lugged rubber outsole in a marbled finish.
The RSVP Gallery x Brooks Caldera 8 will release August 2025 through Brooks, RSVP Gallery, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
