ANTA and Kyrie Irving have cooked up many different products since joining forces in 2023. Currently, the duo is onto the second mainline signature model for Irving, the ANTA Kai 2, and even with his season-ending injury back in March, they’re dropping more colorways of the sneaker into the summer months. Next up for the Kai 2 is a stealthy Triple Black edition.
The silhouette retains its typical construction, featuring a high-strength upper consisting of heavy-duty canvas and TPU reinforcements. These TPU panels take the form of ANTA’s logo on the lateral midfoot and the heel tab, the latter hosting Kyrie and ANTA logos. Across the upper, more black hues land on the laces, tongue, sockliner, and eyestays.

Color-shifting iridescent finishes are applied to the aforementioned eyestays and on portions of the midsole, specifically along the edge of the rubber wrapping up from the outsole. Inside, the sneaker features full-palm nitrogen tech for ultra-responsive cushioning on the court. Finishing the sneaker is the anti-slip rubber outsole in a black hue.
The ANTA Kai 2 Triple Black will release on May 31, 2025, through ANTA and select retailers, including Scheels, Hibbett, Shoe Palace, Sneaker Politics, Extra Butter, Nice Kicks, Feature, and Live Stock, online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $125. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
