Japanese sneaker retailer atmos has been a staple in the global footwear community for a decade. To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the store is teaming back up with adidas to bring out the classic ZX8000 silhouette in a model-flipped colorway inspired by its sibling, the ZX9000.
The atmos x adidas ZX8000 G-SNK 11 ZX9000 is a mash-up any ZX fan will be excited for, taking the famed teal and white colorway of the ZX9000 and lacing it up on ZX8000 tooling. Staying true to the OG 9000, the shoe has teal panels on the toe and lace protection panels, with a lighter mint green toebox, tongue, and side panels. The Three Stripes on the side are blue and red, the sock liner is deep red, and the midsole is aged and yellowed, too.
