Arguably one of the most popular Jordan 3s of all-time, the Air Jordan 3 Black Cement is in most people’s Top 10, even Top 5, or Top 3. With news that its White Cement counterpart is finally returning in Spring 2023, Jordan Brand has plans to bring back the original Black Cement colorway of the AJ 3 this holiday season, with a slight modification.
This 2022 Air Jordan 3 Retro Black Cement edition sports metallic gold detailing. The sneaker remains true to the original design and comes in the traditional black, fire red, and cement grey color scheme. An all-black leather upper is paired with fire red detailing on the eyelets and the Jumpman logo on the tongue.

Elephant print accents remain in the usual places, as does the cement grey rubber outsole. The midsole comes in a pre-yellowed sail color while the main attraction from this pair, metallic gold, highlights the tongue, wrapping around the middle eyestays, and the collar.
The Air Jordan 3 Retro Black Metallic Gold Cement W is set to release on October 6th, 2022. It will drop at Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both online and in-store.
