Tyrese Haliburton Previews a Blue Puma Hali 1
Published
Although his Indiana Pacers fell short of securing an NBA Championship, Tyrese Haliburton had much to celebrate throughout the postseason. We’re not only talking about his accomplishments on court, which included multiple game-winners and clutch moments that propelled his team to the Finals but also the debut of his signature sneaker, the Puma Hali 1. The rollout wasn’t necessarily the greatest in our eyes, but following the initial debut during the postseason, designer Salehe Bembury teased us with a slew of color schemes via an Instagram post. Now, Hali himself has given us a detailed look at a blue colorway of his first performance basketball sneaker.
The silhouette comes with the same mesh and TPU construction found on the original Hibiscus colorway, though this pair swaps out the pastel pinks for various blue hues. A lighter shade of blue hits the mesh base, while the fused TPU film on the toe and collar darkens things up a bit. A deep royal blue is applied to the organic-shaped midfoot overlays, contrasting the teal blue used on the 3D Puma big cat logo on the collar.

Tyrese Haliburton’s signature logo on the tongue and heel is also done in the same teal blue to match Puma’s logo. Down below sits a Nitro Foam-cushioned midsole with Salehe Bembury’s signature 3D fingerprint aesthetic. Finishing the design is the icy translucent rubber outsole.
The Puma Hali 1 Blue has no confirmed release date, but considering Tyrese is posting in-hand images of the pair alongside packaging, expect the sneaker to hit shelves before the end of 2025.
