Trophy Room’s run in Florida is coming to a close. The sneaker boutique owned by Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus, announced recently that it would be closing its retail store, ending an era full of collabs and controversy. Bringing the Jordan family directly into the boutique retail space brought some otherwise inconceivable projects to fruition, and with the store closing, a newly surfaced Trophy Room sample is bringing back memories of when the shop first opened.

One More for the Wall of Fame

Posted by rare sneaker seller @englishsole, the 2016 Trophy Room x Air Jordan 4 Sample is an alternate colorway created as part of the store’s Air Jordan 1-30 sample collection displayed in the trophy wall at Trophy Room. Like all of the Trophy Room Air Jordans in the shop’s wall of fame, the colorway is covered in soft grey suede.
