There’s nothing better than being surrounded by friends and family for a bit of early evening snacks and drinks. In the Italian tradition of apertivo, stories and laughs are shared over small bites of olives, bread, cheese, and charcuterie alongside sips of spritzes and aperitif cocktails. In his latest collaboration with New Balance, famed menswear designer Todd Snyder is tapping into the joy of happy hour for a subtle blend of apertivo-inspired 574s.
The Todd Snyder x New Balance 574 Apertivo pack features three colorways representing Snyder’s take on the Italian dining tradition: an olive green pair, a black olive colorway, and a light pink apertif color to round out the collection. So far, we’ve only seen quick previews of the collection posted by Todd Snyder, staged next to a bowl of olives and a chunk of crusty bread, but from the looks of them, the shoes are covered in soft suede with monochrome color blocking. All of the shoes are stacked on top of white sole units.
Todd Snyder has been a staple of the American menswear scene for decades, and has partnered with New Balance multiple times in the past, in addition to sneaker collabs with major brands like Vans. The new take on the 574 comes shortly after another major menswear collab on the classic silhouette with Stone Island.
The Todd Snyder x New Balance 574 Apertivo Collection will be released December 11, 2025 through Todd Snyder in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price on the pack is still TBD. To stay up on all the latest New Balance collab news, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
