Teyana Taylor's Air Jordan 3 Concrete Rose Collab Releases This Week

Acclaimed multi-hyphenate Teyana Taylor can do it all. The Jordan Brand family member has been on a Jordan-esque run of her own over the past year, including a Grammy nomination for her album Escape Room, earning a Golden Globe for her performance in One Battle After Another, alongside an Academy Award nomination in what is truly a remarkable run.

Now, the Harlem representer is keeping up the momentum of her whirlwind year with an Air Jordan 3 collab on the way to follow up her rose-themed Air Jordan 1 from 2023. After previews surfaced following her SNL duties, official images of the Teyana Taylor x Air Jordan 3 have arrived. The thorny theme present in her Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT 2 has blossomed and fully overtaken the Air Jordan 3.

The base of the sneaker features a blend of premium materials, starting with a smooth suede upper that transitions into a shaggier green suede in place of the silhouette’s usual elephant print overlays. Subtle leather details on the eyestays and collar add an extra splash of smoothness to the overall silhouette that’s dominated by an overall gritty feel.

That feel can partially be attributed to the rough grey midsole that draws from Tupac Shakur’s popular poem “The Rose That Grew From Concrete.” The midsole serves as the concrete in opposition to the rest of the sprouting sneaker, which also comes wrapped in a series of plastic thorns bursting from the midsole and traveling over the laces to connect to the concrete midsole on the opposite side.

Underneath that rough grey exterior is an earthen gum outsole, showing that there’s always somewhere to sprout even in the bleakest circumstances. Other details include rose petal insoles, golden hardware on the eyelets, a translucent green Nike Air heel tab, and a rosy tongue hiding a Jumpman logo.

The look is wrapped up (no pun intended) by Taylor’s personal mantra embroidered on the inner tongue, “wins hit different when you rose from the concrete.” The sneaker comes with special golden packaging, also bearing the quote and rose imagery.

The Teyana Taylor x Air Jordan 3 releases sometime in March 14, 2026 via Nike and select Jordan retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $280.
