We Found a Clue About Taylor Swift's Engagement in her Shoes
Well, there you have it, folks. Taylor Swift is engaged. Grand opening, grand closing on the Showgirl era, as we’ve now entered TSwift’s Hitch Route era. That’s a football reference for my Swifties somehow catching this blog in their algorithm.
Everyone else is focusing on the scene and the ring and the fits and the love and the blah blah blahhhh. But we know you and what you’re into and that’s why we went to the last slide of the post to see what each of them were rocking on-foot for the big moment.
Travis Kelce chose to go sock-free for the engagement, showing some serious skin on the medial and lateral sides in a brown suede loafer. Hope neither of them cried directly onto them, as the water and salt are really tough on that material.
Tay Tay is sporting a $930 pair of Louis Vuitton Isola Sandals, which SwiftSleuths may look to as a clue she had no idea this was coming. Why? The shoes are a repeat. She wore them to visit a children’s hospital earlier in the summer.
Many of you had your fantasy drafts over the weekend and while the team I drafted can only be described as a two-pack of ass (in my Joe Budden voice), at least it doesn’t have Travis Kelce on it. After a down year last season and a loss in the Super Bowl, he’s going to be even more distracted this season with wedding planning and the lavender haze of engagement bliss.
