Supreme isn’t going anywhere. Sure, the NYC skate-shop-turned streetwear giant isn’t the ubiquitous force it used to be, but the brand has never truly fallen off. With a steady stream of high-profile collaborations and over-the-top accessories still fueling global success and driving the conversation in streetwear, the brand’s legendary run continues after more than three decades.

The latest Supreme partnership looks back to high fashion for another collaboration with legendary Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto through his Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto brand. Perfectly suited for a pop-punk fashion redux, the collection combines Yamamoto’s bold Japanese punk influence with Supreme’s East Coast skate ethos into a wardrobe ready for the next nu metal reunion show on your schedule.

The biggest standout from the collection is the faux fur hooded bomber jacket. Available in black and red, the fuzzy zip-up hooded jackets might be hard to pull off, but Yamamoto is never for the timid, and the payoff is instant rockstar status as soon as the faux fur hits your shoulders.

Supreme has always made some of the best matching fits, and the Y’s collection does its part to keep that trend alive, dropping jeans and a denim work jacket in matching webbed skull print, also in red and black (the two most punk colors, obviously).

Like most punk wardrobes, the collection is all about the outerwear. Our final favorite piece is a punk necessity, a classic leather jacket. Made in white and black, the Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto x Supreme leather jacket has a zipper front and three pockets on the front with skull graphics on the sleeves biting into a Supreme logo and the same skull chomping into a Yohji Yamamoto logo across the back. Add a Misfits patch, a Descendents logo in white out, and a sleeve full of safety pins, and you’re set.

Of course, you can’t forget about the accessories, and while our favorite is the co-branded hand fan, the pieces to write home about are the silver necklace and bracelet, which are both necessary to complete any true punk fit.

See you in the pit. The collection will release on September 11, 2025 via Supreme online and in-store. Take a look at a few more pieces from the collection below, and download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest happenings in the sneaker and streetwear world.
