After getting our first glimpse of the Supreme x Nike Air Max TL just a few days ago, the New York City-based streetwear imprint has now officially unwrapped its next collaboration with Yohji Yamamoto, with the Supreme x Yohji Yamamoto Fall 2022 Collection. Dropping almost two years after their first release back in 2020, this capsule pays homage to the Japanese media franchise Tekken, which first debuted almost three decades ago back in 1994.
Featuring a vast selection of apparel including a Bomber Jacket, Parka, Baja Jacket, and Suit. All of these pieces are decorated with graphics and imagery taken straight from the arcade fighting game. Other pieces in the collection include a Sweater, Shirt, Hooded Sweatshirt, Cargo Pant, and three T-Shirts, with the highlight of the collaboration being the Vanson Leather Jacket and Pant set. Elsewhere, the accessory game is on-point too, with Beanies and Skate Decks, and in the footwear department, while we won't be getting any sneakers here, Supreme and Yohji Yamamoto will be releasing a pair of Dr. Martens 1461 3-Eye Shoes that come in two colorways. Each piece is finished off with co-branded details that combine the Supreme logo in a video game-style with the Japanese fashion icon's signature.
The Supreme x Yohji Yamamoto Fall 2022 collaboration will release at Supreme (US/EU) on September 22nd, 2022, and September 24th, 2022 in Japan.
