StockX is doing its best to keep up in a shifting market. While sneaker resellers struggle to pull in the same cash they used to, the live marketplace Whatnot has taken hold as a rapid-fire resale platform, turning eBay’s silent auction model into a live auctioneering experience. Now, the listing house that billed itself as the stock market of sneakers is adding its own live auction house with a debut celebration this weekend.
We’ll Do it Live!

“The next gen consumer often wants more than a transaction. They want shopping to be social and engaging. Live shopping delivers that, and StockX Live brings it to a platform that our customers already know and trust,” said Greg Schwartz, StockX CEO.
