We got some sneak previews of Crocs’ latest design innovation earlier this year, with a few quick pictures of a Steven Smith-designed slip-on sneaker with a sleek, racecar look and concentric ovals on the side of the toe and heel. Now, ahead of a global launch in early 2026, we finally have more info about the next frontier of Crocs footwear, and a name for the new shoe: the Ripple.

Designed by dad shoe legend Steven Smith, the man behind the New Balance 574 and 1500, Reebok Instapump Fury, Nike Shox Monster, and a major figure at adidas Yeezy, the Crocs Ripple is a molded slip-on made from proprietary Mellow foam with a TPU shank inserted into the midfoot for stability and support. The shoe will debut in a white and blue colorway, with white as a base and vibrant blue on the rippling oval panels.

The Ripple is the first shoe from Crocs’ newly formed creative innovation team, which is led by Smith and fellow Yeezy alum Cesar Idrobo, but the shoe definitely keeps some classic Crocs style, featuring Jibbitz-ready air vents on the top of the foot. For the Crocs team, the Ripple is a significant step forward in innovation, but the first of many. “The Crocs Ripple marks the beginning of a bigger, bolder design movement for the brand, where function, style, and innovation converge,” Crocs says.

The Crocs Ripple will debut at ComplexCon Las Vegas this weekend, October 25-26, 2025, with a wide release scheduled for early 2026. Each day, only 150 pairs will be released on a first-come-first-served basis, so good luck getting your hands on 1-of-300 Crocs Ripples in Vegas. This is also the first of a handful of activations around the sneaker taking place in 2025, so expect more opportunities to cop before the year is over. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $90. To be the first to find out when the Ripple is dropping, make sure to download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
