Over the last year, we’ve seen plenty of previews of Young Thug’s SP5DER’s upcoming adidas collaboration on the Superstar. Random sightings of the black and the red colorways, both of which recently appeared via official imagery, preceded the surprise release of a black/gold colorway at the start of 2026. However, adidas has finally announced global release details for SP5DER’s adidas Superstar collection.

The SP5DER x adidas Superstar, which headlines the collection, is done in the two aforementioned colors of black and red. Both pairs take inspiration from the adidas Supermodified by moving the Three Stripes branding closer to the toe and come coated in patent leather. Debossed into the leather is a spider web graphic that pairs well with the SP5DER hang tag and the SP5DER logos on the tongue. Special packaging for the sneaker includes a corrugated box that features extra sets of laces.

Alongside the footwear, SP5DER is bringing its signature puff print detailing to two co-branded adidas shirts. Both the black and red T-shirts, made to match each of the shoes, feature the star and spider web graphics found on many SP5DER apparel items as well as an adidas Trefoil logo in the place of a heart.

The SP5DER x adidas Superstar capsule will be released on February 27, 2026 via SP5DER’s website, with a global launch via adidas Confirmed and select retailers on March 3, 2026. The sneakers retail for $150 each, while the shirts are priced at $70.
