The cryptocurrency industry and culture are pretty hard to escape these days. From the White House to the dark web, to the fashion industry, Bitcoin is here to stay, no matter how many scammers there are hiding in the shadowy world of anonymous finance. For clothing label Satoshi Nakamoto, named after the mysterious inventor of Bitcoin, anonymity is the point, bringing a sense of crypto-inspired invisible exclusivity to the world of fashion.

The Satoshi Nakamoto x Spunge Osmosis is the latest collab from Salehe Bembury’s newly launched independent footwear label. Taking the bulbous-textured mesh Osmosis runner and adding an industrial, techno dystopian colorway blending dirty, weathered steel greys and warehouse yellow with custom branding and frayed paneling, the Satoshi collab brings the dark web to foot. Starting with a black toe and a wood-grain reminiscent brown panel covering parts of the toebox, the rest of the upper is done in distressed panels of dirty grey, with rough suede running along the bottom of the side panel and the ankle collar, and a dirty yellow midsole underfoot.

Since launching his own footwear label last month, Bembury has dropped nearly half a dozen colorways. This includes the original four debut renditions of the Osmosis, the Vegas-exclusive Soka, and a collaboration with his book publisher, Rizzoli.

The Satoshi Nakamoto x Spunge Osmosis will be released November 16, 2025 exclusively through Dover Street Market’s Ginza, Japan location. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is still TBD. For all the latest Salehe Spunge news, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
