Rick Owens and Dr. Martens Join Forces Again on a Quad Sole Boot Collection

The men’s fashion scene has plenty of standout designers and brands, but few have captured the imagination of fashion fans like Rick Owens. The self-titled label is famous for its oversized black draping pieces, including a run of luxury footwear from the brand beloved by superstars like Playboi Carti, Lil Baby, and more. Rick’s boots have also been featured in an ongoing collab with Dr. Marten, bringing Rick’s gothic vibe to the classic stomper silhouettes.

Rick and the Doc

The Rick Owens x Dr. Martens Quad Sole Collection is the latest collaboration between the two brands, adding three more thick-soled boots to the mix next week. Last fall, Rick and Doc dropped pairs of the 1B60 Pentalace, 1460 Megalace, and a Steel Toe Boot, and this year, the collection features a massive Pull-On Boot, a trendy Megalace Mule, and another Steel Toe Boot.

The triple-black Pull-Up Boot is a classic black boot that stretches up to the quad, with a sleek, laceless front. The Megalace Mule joins the industry’s open-back obsession with a classic web of Rick-style laces in grey crisscrossing on top. Last but not least, the Steel Toe Boot is back in black with an extra-high tongue and more grey laces.

The Rick Owens x Dr. Martens Quad Sole Collection will be released September 18, 2026, through Rick Owens and Dr. Martens in-store, followed by an online drop the next day.
