At the start of November, Pharrell Williams took to the stage of the Mighty Dream Forum. While we're sure that everything he said was pretty inspirational, to be quite honest, we were a bit too distracted by what he had on feet. Known for his insanely futuristic sneaker designs, it looks like the American artist and fashion icon has gone back in time for his latest collaboration with the Pharrell Williams x adidas Samba Humanrace Pack - and here's everything that we know so far.
Arriving in "White" and "Black" color schemes, Skateboard P's take on the '40s classic is a monochromatic masterpiece. Crafted from premium leather throughout, a dash of light gray suede wraps around the toebox area in the signature "T" formation. An oversized tongue makes this collab unmistakably Pharrell, while the midsole underfoot is decked out in gum rubber for that retro aesthetic that we all know and love. Of course, you can't talk about these sneakers without mentioning the "Samba" and "Humanrace" branding that's finely debossed on the left and right shoes, respectively.
Expected to release sometime in December 2022, the Pharrell Williams x adidas Samba Humanrace Pack will be available in men's sizes via adidas, the CONFIRMED app, and select retailers worldwide, with a retail price that has yet TBA. Humanrace announced that Early Access to the capsule will go live on November 26th, 2022 exclusively through Humanrace and Selfridges online.
