Patta Has Two More Nike Air Max 90 Waves Colorways Releasing in 2025

Patta x Nike Air Max 90 Waves Black Particle Grey

Amsterdam-based label Patta is on the verge of dropping its next collaboration with Nike. The duo previously launched an array of Air Max 1 colorways that featured a wavy mudguard, and for their next project, they’ve prepped two colorways of the Air Max 90 Waves. Following up on the Sapphire and Cyber colorways, Patta will launch two more Air Max 90 Waves colorways later in the year.

So far, only images of one of the two upcoming pairs have been revealed in official Nike imagery for the apparel collection that coincides with the Patta x Air Max 90 Waves. Here, we can see on-foot shots of the Particle Grey Black colorway, which, at first glance, appears like a normal Air Max 90. However, a closer look reveals the black-on-black paneling features Patta’s updated wavy design.

Perforated leather wraps around the mudguard, while the toebox and collar are particle grey mesh. Gum-shaded TPU panels help host the cream lace set and contrast the white Swoosh on the midfoot. Like the other Patta x Nike Air Max 90 Waves, a lenticular Patta and Air Max logo is found near the collar. The black and white midsole and a black and gum rubber outsole complete the design.

The second Patta x Nike Air Max 90 Waves Pack is slated for a Summer 2025 release. However, Nike’s Summer season transitions into Fall on July 1, 2025, and with the other two Patta Air Max 90s dropping by the end of June, these additional pairs are likely delayed to Fall.
