Patta’s Latest Nike Air Max 1 Waves Collab Drops this Week

Dutch streetwear mainstay Patta has been dropping Nike Air Max 1 collabs with wavy paneling for five years now, and to celebrate the half-decade of hype design, the two brands are joining forces once again for a grey and hyper crimson colorway of the instantly recognizable Air Max collab.

We finally got official images of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Waves Hyper Crimson last month, and this week, Patta popped out on Instagram with a commercial for the pair and a firm release date. In the eye-opening IG ad, the shoe enters a psychedelic trance alongside the accompanying co-branded gold bracelet behind a blinking orange eyelash.

Like the rest of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Waves, the Hyper Crimson colorway is a two-tone mix, with bright orange crimson on the wavy bottom half and a mix of grey leather and mesh on the rest of the upper. The midsole is a cream-colored off-white, and hits of black on the side panel Swooshes bring it all together.

The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Pure Platinum Hyper Crimson will be released March 6, 2026 through a custom website, www.pattaxnike.com, plus in-store at Patta locations across the globe.
