Nike running is constantly moving forward. On the track, trail, street, and in the lab, the sport that built Beaverton is still top of mind at Nike, and after a year filled with high-stacked, heavy rocking performance runners in the Vomero and Pegasus lines, The Swoosh is kicking off 2026 with a new silhouette from the Structure line, adding the latest innovations in cushioning to the stability-focused runner.

The Nike Structure Plus is the first shoe from Nike’s stability line to use a combination of ZoomX and ReactX foam, the same two compounds used to make the ultra-plush Vomero Premium feel like a cloud. On the Structure Plus, the ZoomX is added to the back half of the midsole, while to ReactX sits in the forefoot for a perfect combination of heel-to-toe comfort. The upper is a blend of performance mesh and angular stability panels that give the Structure Plus its name.

“We saw an opportunity to bring more cushioning and a more fun, energetic ride to stability shoes. That’s where the ‘Plus’ really comes in,” says Ashley Campbell, Expert Product Line Manager, Nike Running Footwear. “With ZoomX foam appearing alongside ReactX for the first time in our Structure line, the Structure Plus delivers a softer, more responsive ride while maintaining the support runners expect.”

Ever since Nike introduced its new tiered running system, each product line has received a base model, a “plus” variant, and a “premium” iteration. The Vomero and Pegasus each have taken on new life off the track as lifestyle sneakers with their “premium” versions, and maybe the Structure will do the same with its “plus” and the yet-to-be-revealed “premium.”

Debuting in two colorways, red, white, and black, and green, white, and black, the Nike Structure Plus will be released January 8, 2026 exclusively through specialty running stores, in-store and online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $170. For all the latest Nike running news, download the Sole Retriever mobile app.
