With everyone used to the same Nike Dunk design that was originally released back in the mid-80s, Nike has taken the liberty of remixing the model countless times in recent memory. For its newest rendition, Nike has “twisted” the silhouette exclusively for women with the Nike Dunk Low Twist. On top of the already revealed “Panda” and “Rush Fuchsia” colorways, The Swoosh is dressing the silhouette in “Summit White Jade Ice.”
Taking on its usual leather construction, we see Nike add extra TPU details on the toebox and mudguard while the tongue and heel portions receive a puffy upgrade compared to the usual Dunk model. For its color scheme, we see jade ice take over the aforementioned TPU overlays as well as the mudguard, eyestays, and heel. Tonal laces match this shade while contrasting the puffy white tongue with its “Nike” branding placed up top. Swoosh branding on the midfoot also gets a redesign that looks similar to the logo found on AMBUSH’s AF1 as it extends off the back of the hell and comes in TPU. Rounding out the look is the summit white underlays on the toebox, quarter panel, and collar as well as the summit white/jade ice midsole and outsole combo.
The Nike Dunk Low Twist Jade Ice W is set to release August 3rd, 2023, through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store.
