Air Max technology has been a fan favorite for decades, however, we constantly see Nike innovate with their Air technology. Specifically, when it comes to Air Max sneakers, the Air VaporMax (which was introduced in 2017) featured one of the most radical changes to the tech with the entire sole unit being constructed out of Air cushioning. Receiving updates on a semi-annual basis, 2023 will see the introduction of the aptly named Nike Air VaporMax 2023 Flyknit which has already appeared in clean looks like “White Pure Platinum” and “Oreo,” though the latest is the most vibrant seen so far - “Baltic Blue Citron Tint.”
Taking on a mostly baltic blue appearance, the silhouette’s Flyknit upper gets hints of pink throughout its stretchy and breathable design. These are spotted along the midfoot portion and via the lacing system with bungee ropes holding the white rope laces in place. As for the tongue nearby, we see more baltic blue with VaporMax branding adorning the top of this portion. Along the midfoot, the Nike Swoosh takes on a green hue of citron tint that matches the fuzzy sockliner while the TPU overlays and pull tabs on the upper come to us in baltic blue. Rounding out the design is the VaporMax sole unit which appears in a citron tint shade.
The Nike Air VaporMax 2023 Flyknit Baltic Blue Citron Tint is set to release on May 18th, 2023 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store.
