For over 20 years, the Nike Air Presto has stayed among some of The Swoosh’s most popular silhouettes, especially after receiving a burst of popularity thanks to Virgil Abloh’s take on the model. While we were just blessed with an iconic Hello Kitty colorway, Nike still has plans for the t-shirt for your foot with the upcoming Nike Air Presto “Blue Plate Special."
The sock-like silhouette gets dressed in an all-over racer blue mesh that dons a rose pattern throughout. Embroidered on the toe is a black Nike Swoosh, sitting below the stitching that separates the “tongue” from the rest of the silhouette. Weaving through the plastic midfoot cage is a set of white rope laces. Back on the heel, a two-tone black and blue pull-tab sits above a Nike Air logo on the heel tab. Underfoot a white foam midsole with a black Nike Swoosh and 5 black dots representing the Nike Alpha Project is paired with a black rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Presto Blue Plate Special W is slated to release on August 30th, 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store.
