Originally worn by the legend that is Scottie Pippen during the 1995-1996 NBA season, hype surrounding the chunky silhouette has reached new heights over the past few months, and it's thanks to colorways like the freshly-revealed Nike Air More Uptempo "Starfish." One of the latest colorways to hit the '90s hardcourt icon, this Uptempo features a clean white leather construction. Pull cords across the tongue and heel offer a rugged look and feel, while the model's signature oversized "AIR" branding features across the lateral and medial sidewalls with a slick matte black finish. Each individual letter is highlighted with a starfish outline, and this fiery hue extends towards the sockliner and the Jewel Swoosh around the back. Rounding it all off is a thick Air midsole underfoot that comes complete with exposed bubbles surrounding the entire unit.
Releasing in Summer 2023, the Nike Air More Uptempo Starfish will be available in men's sizes for $170 via Nike and select retailers worldwide.
