With Air Max Day just under a month away, we continue to see more and more Nike Air Max styles revealed. In honor of its 35th anniversary, we’ve already seen tons of colorways on the horizon across the line, including a Nike Air Max 97 celebrating the 35 years of the Air Max. Recently revealed is the upcoming Nike Air Max 90 “Royal Jewel.”
Dressing the silhouette in its usual mesh and leather, shades of white cover the majority of the upper. Surrounding the stark white mesh base is the warmer toned white leather overlays that are broken up by details on black and blue. The colorway gets its namesake from the royal blue covered Jeweled Nike Swoosh along the midfoot. Further Nike and Air Max branding come in blue and black on the heel tab and heel overlay respectively. Rounding out the look is a white midsole with an exposed Max Air unit in blue paired to a white rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Max 90 Royal Jewel is set to release in 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. As of now, retail pricing and sizing has yet to be announced.
