Thin Mint Heat: A’ja Wilson’s Latest Nike A’Two PE Pays Tribute to Her Girl Scout Days

A’ja Wilson has earned her merit badges.

If you don’t know, Girl Scout Cookie season typically runs from the beginning of the year in January to about mid-March, so if you haven’t stocked up already, you’ve either gotta wait until next year or hit up eBay for the secondary market flips (yes, they exist; get on it, StockX). If one person has access to Girl Scout Cookies year-round, though, we’re guessing it’s Wilson.

Scout’s Honor

The Nike A’Two Girl Scout PE is the latest personalized pair from Wilson’s second signature silhouette, following a movie-themed pair for Mulan, a TV pair for Susie Carmichael from Rugrats, an Uno colorway with multi-color paneling, and a two-tone mix in pink and green for her AKA sorority sisters. This time around, Wilson takes it way back to her early childhood days selling cookies and sewing badges onto a green vest.

Just like the iconic Thin Mint cookie (yeah, we’re still thinking about the cookies) and Wilson’s vest, the colorway features two shades of teal green with white and gold accents and a forest floor outsole. Of course, there are plenty of merit badges for good measure, with DPOY and All-Star accolades sewn onto the colorway above the Swoosh.

Lastly, just like Thin Mints, the pair comes boxed up like cookies instead of a traditional pair of shoes.
