New Balance is making waves in Korea. After debuting a hybrid ballet flat with classic New Balance paneling for the Korean market last month, the Boston-based brand is back in Seoul, adding another brand-new silhouette to the overseas market.

The New Balance Rover Mule is a slip-on with sporty intentions, adding a thick, cushioned sole to a lounge-friendly upper. Debuting in three colorways: Grey, Tan, and Black, the Rover features a soft suede upper with an adjustable strap across the open-sided tongue and a strip of reinforced fabric wrapping around the bottom section of the upper.

The Rover Mule is designed with a structured heel to keep you locked in, with a pull tab on the heel to help with an easy fit. New Balance “NB” logos are added on the lateral heel and the tongue for a subtle bit of branding, with another tonal New Balance logo on the back of the midsole.

The New Balance Rover Mule sold out quickly in Korea, and we’re still waiting on word of a stateside release. However, we expect more news on the US debut soon.
