The New Balance 2010 Gets A Carbon Colorway Exclusive to DTLR

New Balance continues to stack the deck with new models like Action Bronson’s 2811, the New Balance 2000S, and one of last year’s most popular silhouettes, the New Balance 2010. The latter model has been another well-received addition to the New Balance catalog, thanks to its retro inspirations and classic use of suede and mesh construction, adding a new challenger to the realm of lifestyle runners. The model leans into the design ethos of the iconic 990 line with a bit of modern sensibility by significantly boosting the comfort with New Balance’s famed ABZORB cushioning. Now, the popular model is getting a blacked-out colorway exclusive to DTLR.

New Balance 2010 Carbon Details

The colorway kicks off with a breathable black mesh base and includes matching black leather supports on the toe and side panel. Black suede overlays bring an additional premium feel to the sleek model. Black carbon fiber accents add a subtle visual flair to the eyelets, heel tab, and tongue for those with discerning eyes.

Silver carbon fiber accents on the N branding on the side panels and on the midfoot shank break up the dark silhouette while playing up the automotive inspiration. Adding to the shine are reflective accents on the tongue and heel tabs, as well as laces. Underfoot, the colorway is completed by a black ABZORB sole unit.
