Mountain Research And Reebok Reconnect For A LX2200 Collaboration

After teaming up for Beatnik and Club C Mid II collaborations earlier this year, Kobayashi Setsumasa's outdoor-ready imprint has reunited with Reebok once again for the Mountain Research x Reebok LX2200 "Cloud White." Taking inspiration from the LX8500 from 1985, this all-new silhouette nods to the past and pays homage to the future at the same time, making it the perfect canvas for Mountain Research to do what they do best.

Working on top of a lightweight Dyneema fabric, Mountain Research's rendition of the LX2200 is overlaid with cloud white leather while red hot classic burgundy tones take over the sidewalls and lacing system. A dash of Dyneema is exposed around the heel for the optimum breathing experience, and you'll also find a pull tab here so you can take these off and put these on while on the go. Underfoot, the EVA midsole has been reworked with toothier traction for a grippier look and feel.

Made for both the mountain peaks and the city streets, the Mountain Research x Reebok LX2200 is releasing on December 16th, 2022 in men's sizes for $125.
