With Despicable Me 4 set to hit theaters in July, the Minions will now appear on Crocs' famous Classic Clog silhouette. This partnership adds to an impressive lineup of collaborations for Crocs, which includes those involving Naruto, SpongeBob SquarePants, Toy Story, and The Powerpuff Girls.
The Minions x Crocs Classic Clog captures the essence of the Minions' cheerful and mischievous nature. The design mirrors the iconic Minions' attire, featuring an overall denim graphic print on the upper, complete with Gru's distinctive "G" logo at the center. The clog's design cleverly incorporates the Minions' signature yellow color around the top of the forefoot, reminiscent of their skin tone. This playful theme is extended to the sports mode strap, where one shoe showcases a single Minion eye. At the same time, the other features a pair of eyes, capturing these beloved characters' unique and quirky nature.
The footbed of the clogs adds another layer of fun to the design, with the word "LEFT" playfully repeated, a nod to the often comical confusion displayed by the Minions. The heel of the clog bears the logo of the first Minions spin-off movie, solidifying the connection between the footwear and the animated series.
