Earlier this summer, adidas and niche running brand SATISFY took a trip to the desert to debut their latest collab, and they brought along a heavy list of hardcore bands to soundtrack their race. For its latest running collab, Nike is also bringing out a rocker, but Beaverton doesn’t need guitars to make noise.
Rocking Into a New Collab
The Melitta Baumeister x Nike Rift Rocker popped up in abstract previews earlier this week, and now, we’ve got a first look at the remixed collab take on Nike’s popular tabi toe runner. Seen in a first-look preview spinning on a rotating pedestal, the shoe features a recognizable take on the Air Rift with a massive sole and a split heel to match the toe.
