Los Angeles-based streetwear brand Madhappy is, well, happy. The brand is rooted in optimism and brings those good vibes to everything it does. On the sneaker side of things, that’s meant whimsical Crocs, colorful UGGs, and a crisp pair of Salomons. For its latest collab, Madhappy is teaming up with Puma for a couple of pairs of Speedcats, but instead of bright colors and loud energy, Madhappy is keeping things zen and simple.
The Madhappy x Puma Speedcat collection features two pairs, one in warm white and the other in brown mushroom. Keeping the shoe’s shape but complicating the panels in a way that immediately brings up memories of the Prada America’s Cup, the mushroom brown colorway adds suede on the toe panel that swoops around the laces, behind the heel, and back to the bottom of the side panel. The suede also lands on the stripe logo, which is affixed with thick visible stitching. The side panel and tongue are premium leather in the same deep brown shade, with a gum sole underneath to break things up.

The warm white colorway keeps the same monochrome blocking and intermingling of suede and premium leather, but this time trading brown for a rich, creamy off-white color. Also featuring a gum sole, both colorways also get a Madhappy tag at the top of the stripe logo and a co-branded tongue logo with Madhappy sitting above a cat graphic.
The Madhappy x Puma Speedcat collection will be released October 31, 2025 through Madhappy, Puma, and select retailers in-store and online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $140. To stay up on all the latest collab drops, make sure to tap in with the Sole Retriever mobile app.
