Timberland just reminded us how ingrained the brand is in culture with its A-Z campaign, spanning across the alphabet to highlight stories about the boot maker. But it looks like there will be some collaborations coming from the latest advertising push. An ultra-limited pair of Timberland Field Boots is dropping in collaboration with Japanese artist Kohjiya, but only in the island nation.
Kohjiya x Timberland Field Boot Timeless Details
At a distance, the boots look like your traditional Timberland Field Boot thanks to the chocolate-brown, green, and black finish on the upper. The chocolate-brown suede panels are present on the toebox, midfoot, heel overlay, and eyelets, while a lighter-brown tumbled leather is used on the collar. Olive green ballistic mesh finds a home on the midfoot underlay and tongue, while metallic D-rings keep the outdoor aesthetic alive.
However, on closer inspection, you can see Kohjiya’s influence throughout. Back on the lateral heel, just below the Timberland logo, is his “KJ” logo engraved into the suede. Next to that are pigeons, a symbol of Kohjiya’s hometown of Nagasaki. Final details include a Timberland metal tag on the collar and a custom hangtag featuring branding for Kohjiya’s album TIMELESS.

The Kohjiya x Timberland Field Boot Timeless will be released September 26, 2026 through Timberland Boutique Tokyo and the Timberland store at Shibuya PARCO. To celebrate the release, Kohjiya is hosting a live event at THE HALL in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, on October 2.
