Ronnie Fieg can’t go long without getting the internet talking about a new - or maybe an old - Kith sneaker collab. After dropping a new collection of Salomons to help the brand launch its XT-Evo silhouette and bringing denim and pony hair back to adidas on a collab Samba, Ronnie took to IG with a fit pic that already has Kith and Asics diehards riled up.

The Kith x Asics Gel-Lyte III Salmon Toe is one of, if not the most beloved Kith x Asics collab, and that’s saying something considering the brands have released over 100 co-branded pairs in the past decade-plus. The OG silhouette from Ronnie’s Asics collab tenure, the Gel-Lyte III had a stranglehold on sneakerheads long before retro Y2K runners brought Asics back to prominence in the modern era.

We don’t have any official news about a return of the Salmon Toe colorway, but knowing how Ronnie treats IG previews, we’re assuming the pair is a retro of the OG Gel-Lyte III. Just like the OG Gel-Lyte III and the later Gel-Lyte V colorway, the shoe features a navy blue base with a switch to salmon pink on the toecap and white accents throughout.
