The high-fashion and sneaker industry crossover continues to flourish, and the latest haute label to step into sporty footwear is the Korean womenswear brand KIMHĒKIM. Producing a full range of collections featuring hearts, pearls, and lace inspired by royal Korean bloodlines, KIMHĒKIM is joining forces with Asics for a collection of Gel-Nimbus 10.1 colorways.
The KIMHĒKIM x Asics Gel-Nimbus 10.1 collection features three monochromatic colorways: black, white, and silver. Mixing mesh, leather, and shiny patent leather without switching colors, KIMHĒKIM adds branding to the heel with a heart graphic, a KHK heel label, and KIMHĒKIM written on the lateral side panel of the left shoe. The heart motif continues on the top of the shoe, with another heart created out of mesh and leather in the same monochrome makeup.

In a catalog full of popular mesh runners, the Asics Gel-Nimbus 10.1, which combines the Gel-Nimbus 10 upper on top of a Gel-Kayano 14 sole, has been a hit throughout 2025. In addition to the new KIMHĒKIM collab, the Gel-Nimbus 10.1 has been featured in partnerships from END., Eighteen East, Invincible, and most recently, the Marvel vs. Capcom x Kith x Asics pack.
