JJJJound Teases New Asics Gel-Kayano 14 Collaboration for 2025

JJJJound is a master of dropping understated and minimal collaborations in the footwear industry. The Montreal-based studio has just teased another Asics collab for its latest project, revisiting the Gel-Kayano 14.
Following up on the duo’s take on the GT-2160 and the original Gel-Kayano 14, which took the sneaker world by storm in 2022, JJJJound’s latest Asics Gel-Kayano 14 leans right into the studio’s infamous simple design language. JJJJound has not changed much regarding the material construction or colorblocking of the Kayano. Instead, the label retains the open-spaced mesh base, metallic silver paneling, and accenting hues on the tiger stripes on the midfoot.
JJJJound branding resides on the lateral heel overlay, while the rest of the sneaker remains untouched. As for the color palette, both pairs come with a white mesh base, silver overlays, and black accentson the tiger stripes. One opts for sky blue detailing on the sockliner, portions of the tongue, and on select parts of the midsole and outsole. The other color looks very similar to one of the original JJJJound x Asics Gel-Kayano 14s, but opts for yellow accents on the outsole.
The JJJJound x Asics Gel-Kayano 14 Pack will release sometime in 2025 through JJJJound online and possibly via Asics online. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
